Payment Data. When you subscribe to a paid plan or are charged for an optional auto-recharge top-up, payment is processed by Stripe, Inc. Stripe collects and stores your payment instrument details (such as card number, expiration date, and security code) directly; we do not see or store your full payment card information on our servers. We receive limited billing-related data from Stripe (such as the last four digits of your card, card brand, billing country, transaction ID, and subscription status) so we can manage your account and prevent fraud. Stripe's privacy practices are described at https://stripe.com/privacy.

Social and Platform OAuth Data. When you connect external accounts (such as YouTube, Facebook, or other supported platforms) to Creator Agent so the Services can publish content on your behalf, we receive limited account information from those platforms (such as your account ID, page or channel ID, profile name, and the access tokens necessary to perform the actions you authorize). We use this information solely to operate the requested integrations (for example, scheduling and publishing content). You may disconnect a connected platform at any time from your account settings.

All personal information that you provide to us must be true, complete, and accurate, and you must notify us of any changes to such personal information.

Information automatically collected

In Short: Some information, such as your Internet Protocol (IP) address and browser and device characteristics, is collected automatically when you visit our Services.

This information is primarily needed to maintain the security and operation of our Services, and for our internal analytics and reporting purposes.

In Short: We only process your personal information when we believe it is necessary and we have a valid legal reason to do so under applicable law.

If you are located in the EU or UK, this section applies to you. The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and UK GDPR require us to explain the valid legal bases we rely on in order to process your personal information.

If you are located in Canada, this section applies to you. We may process your information if you have given us specific permission (express consent) to use your personal information for a specific purpose, or in situations where your permission can be inferred (implied consent).

4. WHEN AND WITH WHOM DO WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

In Short: We may share information in specific situations described in this section and/or with the following third parties.

We may need to share your personal information in the following situations:
  • Business Transfers. We may share or transfer your information in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business to another company.
  • Corporate Affiliates (Internal Operations Only). We may share limited information with our parent company, subsidiaries, or other companies under common control with us solely for internal business administration, security, fraud prevention, or billing purposes. Mobile information (including phone numbers, SMS consent data, and messaging opt-in status) will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. This includes any referral/affiliate partners: referral commissions are attribution-only and do not involve sharing, selling, or providing access to end-user contact data, phone numbers, or opt-in information.
  • Service Providers and Processing. We may share information with vendors and service providers that help us operate Creator Agent (e.g., hosting, analytics, customer support, communications infrastructure). They may process data only on our instructions to provide the service. We do not share phone numbers or personal information with third parties for their own independent marketing purposes.
  • AI Service Providers and Model Hosts. To deliver the AI features of our Services (such as script generation, voice synthesis, image generation, video rendering, transcription, and video analysis), we transmit your Inputs (and certain Outputs) to third-party AI providers acting as our subprocessors. These may include, without limitation, OpenAI, Google (Gemini), Replicate, ElevenLabs, Twelve Labs, Deepgram, AssemblyAI, and Soniox. These providers process your data only as necessary to return the requested Output and are bound by their own contractual data-processing terms and privacy commitments. We may add, change, or remove AI subprocessors over time as we evolve the Services.
  • Payment Processors. We share payment-related information with our payment processor, Stripe, Inc., in order to process subscription charges, optional auto-recharge top-ups, refunds, and chargebacks. Stripe processes your payment instrument details under its own privacy policy, available at https://stripe.com/privacy.

No Sale of Personal Information. We do not sell personal information. Creator Agent is a software platform for automated content creation; we do not engage in the sale or rental of contact lists or user data.

Messaging (SMS). If you opt in, Creator Agent may send text messages for account-related purposes such as support responses, onboarding updates, and notifications. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. We do not send promotional or marketing SMS unless you separately and explicitly opt in to receive such messages.

5. DO WE USE COOKIES AND OTHER TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES?

In Short: We may use cookies and other tracking technologies to collect and store your information.

We may use cookies and similar tracking technologies (like web beacons and pixels) to access or store information. Specific information about how we use such technologies and how you can refuse certain cookies is set out in our Cookie Notice.

6. DO WE OFFER ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE-BASED PRODUCTS?

In Short: We offer products, features, or tools powered by artificial intelligence, machine learning, or similar technologies.

As part of our Services, we offer products, features, or tools powered by artificial intelligence, machine learning, or similar technologies (collectively, "AI Products"). These tools are designed to enhance your experience and provide you with innovative solutions.

Third-Party AI Models and Subprocessors. Our AI Products are built on top of, and rely on, AI models and infrastructure provided by third parties, including (without limitation) OpenAI, Google (Gemini), Replicate, ElevenLabs, Twelve Labs, Deepgram, AssemblyAI, and Soniox. When you use an AI feature, the relevant Inputs (such as your prompts, scripts, reference images, audio, or video) are transmitted to the applicable provider so that they can return the Output to us, which we then deliver to you. Each provider has its own privacy practices and data-handling commitments, which you can review on their websites. We may add or change AI subprocessors over time as we evolve the Services.

What We Send to AI Providers. We typically send only the data necessary to fulfill your request, such as the prompts, scripts, reference images, voice samples, or other Inputs you submit. We do not send your account credentials, payment information, or other sensitive personal information that is not required to generate the requested Output.

No Training on Your Inputs. We do not use your Inputs or Outputs to train, fine-tune, or improve any AI model owned or operated by us. Where the relevant third-party AI provider offers a no-training commitment for API or business-tier usage, we rely on those commitments and configure our integrations accordingly.

7. HOW DO WE HANDLE YOUR SOCIAL LOGINS?

In Short: If you choose to register or log in to our Services using a social media account, we may have access to certain information about you.

Our Services allow you to connect third-party accounts (such as YouTube, Facebook, and similar platforms) so that Creator Agent can publish content on your behalf or retrieve information you authorize. When you connect such an account, we receive limited profile information and the access tokens necessary to perform the actions you authorize. We use this information only to operate the integrations you have enabled and as described in this privacy notice. You can disconnect any connected account at any time from your account settings.

When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize such information.

9. HOW DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION SAFE?

In Short: We aim to protect your personal information through a system of organizational and technical security measures.

We have implemented appropriate and reasonable technical and organizational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information we process.
